I am on a fitness And health journey I got this product to help boost my metabolism. And I have to say it does work,I’ve had this product For about 2 weeks and I’ve been working out for about three weeks and since I’ve started using this product with clean eating I have dropped 5 pounds in one week. Everyone is different so this product Is going to work differently for everyone. The taste is fruity but with a little spice to it,To me it taste pretty good I only take about a tablespoon a day. I would recommend this to anyone serious about working out to help boost the metabolism only if needed.

I use it prior to run and I swear so much! It’s in the 40’s and I won’t stop sweating. Great taste and works amazing!
Love this stuff! I take it on an empty stomach right before my workout and I sweat like crazy! I like it also because it’s a non stimulant. Taste is ok if you can handle a little peppery taste. If not, try the same product but just not the heat version.
Just started using this product a few days ago so I am not sure about the results yet. The product and flavor were recommended by my trainer and I know it worked for him. It has a slight vinegar taste, but overall not the absolute worst. Take on an empty stomach in the morning and right before bed.
The peach mango is so good for flavor. Definitely sweaty effect

I received this product with FLAVORED WATER and not the actual product inside. I am within my full 30 days to be able to return and yet Amazon won’t allow me to return. The liquid inside the bottle I received is not the color it is suppose to be. I’ve been drinking these for 3 years now & have never received a clear colored liquid. It taste disgusting & foul. It literally is just water with mango flavoring but very off. This is my 4th time buying this brand from Amazon to only be a waste of money. If you have a gym that sales these, buy them from that retailer instead.

Tastes great, very tart andsl pucker. Started right away detoxng body. Wish the bottles were bigger so I don't have to order more often. Husband and I are sharing. We have had more energy and less hunger cravings. Hoping next bottle starts showing body slimming.
It’s ok. The taste is kind of sour you have to take it like a shot. I did feel my body beat rise a little more than I normally would when I’m working out. But other than that I haven’t really seen any physical results by adding this.
It’s only been a week so I can’t say about results yet. But taste is great. I like to take it 30 mins before workout or just cardio.

This stuff is the BEST for fasted cardio have used it for years. Will bring the heat and give you a great sweat. The flavors are also amazing and very tolerable. (No bad aftertastes)
I started by testing VMI’s CRAPT Liquid Metabolic Support (I-Carnitine 3000) and I honestly really liked it. The brand surprised me with the quality, and now I’m planning to invest more in VMI and try more of their products. Definitely a brand worth checking out!
